A couple of other bail bondsmen had warned Nick about working with the guy. They took the time to explain to Nick that, while this was a high-profile case, which would obviously provide Nick’s business with a lot of attention, the bail was astronomical. And along with that point, the client, a banker named McMann, had access to loads of cash and would likely be a serious flight risk.
But Nick was new to the business and hungry for publicity. He knew that McMann would leave the jail wearing an ankle bracelet for house arrest so Nick trusted that McMann would have little opportunity to skip bail.
Nick ignored the warnings from others and put up the cash for McMann’s bail. Sure enough, the seasoned colleagues were correct in their predictions. Less than a week before the court date, McMann vanished into mid-air. Nick immediately turned into a fugitive recovery agent. And this was a new role for him and one he wasn’t prepared to take on. But he knew that if he was unable to recover the bond, his new business would be in jeopardy.
With time being the most important variable, a P.I. like was the best solution for Nick. He knew that his “needle” could be anywhere and knew highly experienced investigators could often find a needle in a hay stack.
Highly praised for finding missing people, has the experience and resources needed to help fugitive recovery agents. Investigators have access to many data bases and also is expert in digital mining and social media engineering. These resources and techniques are critical for locating fugitives for the bail recovery agent.
Ironically enough, the way investigators were able to locate McMann, was through social media and an asset investigation. Transactions between hidden bank accounts verified his whereabouts. Within a day, Nick was able to get a visual on McMann and was able to bring him back in time for the court hearing, which meant Nick’s bail was not lost and his business was secure.
Fugitive recovery is no longer foreign to Nick. works with many bail recovery agents to find the people they need to find. We have the know-how and the tenacity to get the job done.
