I Need to Hire a PI! What Can They Do for Me?

When I receive an inquiry, I know the person on the other end may have a lot of questions and most have never had to hire a Private Investigator. Therefore, I am prepared to provide them with the most educated and verified answers possible, and if for some reason I cannot answer a question, I then conduct research or contact one of my sources who can assist me. Life situations and circumstances are difficult enough and giving false information does not help the Client. I am asked if their situation is common or uncommon, asked how I would proceed, what will I do, how long will it take and if it is possible or not. I am upfront, honest and ethical and would never claim [...]

When situations arise out of our control and cannot be handled from within, we reach out for help. can be that source to help with life-changing matters. 10 Reasons You May NOT Need to Hire a Private Investigator You are not Married or involved in a relationship You are not being harassed or stalked You have not engaged in a workplace relationship You do not own a cell phone, computer or drive a car You are not adopted and if you are you do not care to know your biological parents You do not have any children, or you have not put a child up for adoption You [...]

Don’t Allow the Internet to Make Your Hiring Process Complicated

The internet is a pretty nifty tool, type in a question and you will get multiple results. “How To” and “DIY” are very popular and the “how to” sites are endless. You can find the answers to any question or you can watch a video for instructions. For entertainment purposes, now you can find a site that can tell you just about anything about a person, but it is not the correct path to obtain verified information. After inputting the requested search criteria, which is usually only a name, you then must provide your Credit Card Information before you get the results? Paying $29.99 to find anyone, their criminal history, their marriage records, their email and residential address, relatives and associates is inaccurate and probably [...]

My Device has Been Compromised and My Personal Information is no Longer Personal

Let’s say you are trying to find out if someone has installed an illegal spyware app on your cellular device, laptop, tablet or computer.  You try to conduct a search that would indicate a malware application has been installed but are unsuccessful or you get information on the legal apps that are pre-programmed on your phone or “find a friend” or something similar. The reason you cannot find it is probably due to the way the app was created and the capabilities of the app.  There is a reason why these apps are called “Spyware” or “Malware”.  They are designed to remain hidden on your phone without detection.  Spyware or Malware apps can cost as little as$19.99 and can go up in price depending on [...]

What About Bob?

We live in a crazy world and these are wild times. Listen to the news. I may view things a bit differently than you, but at least twice a newscast, I think “they should have checked out their employees a bit more carefully.” Sure, nowadays, every company has their employees sign an authorization form for a background check, but is the information you are buying legitimate?  Is it verified?  Is it TRUE?  Information is everywhere, and we all have access to it.  I’m baffled by the amount of MISINFORMATION that is sold by the megabyte. Let’s make an example out of Bob. Bob’s looking for a job.  His resume is to your liking, the education, the work history, the overseas humanitarian efforts, even his charitable [...]

It Felt Right until it Didn’t

When our Client engaged our services, he gave us some background on his son. Both he and his wife were very proud of their son’s choice of friends and extracurricular activities. Some might say he had a good head on his shoulders. After graduating from college, he enrolled in a trade school. Just a few months after classes started, he brought home a date for a family dinner. His date appeared to be friendly, but something about her didn’t sit well with either of his parents. Later in the month during a father/son outing, his son made an odd remark about his new girlfriend, she had a car, but didn’t drive, she talked about her friends, but he had yet to meet the man she [...]

When You Are Wrongly Accused?

My Client, George, who has had a life partner (Mary) for over 20 years, was falsely accused of the mistreatment of her. And the accuser, a relative of Mary’s, appeared to be somewhat believable. Was it out of jealousy, monetary reasons or just their belief that their mother was being cared for by my Client, a man whose commitment to Mary did not include a “License”. The accuser had actually made several statements she held a license in healthcare and knew what was best for her mother. My Client was adamant he provided the best care possible, but the accusations made against him were compounding, allegations of improper feeding, over medicating and unsanitary conditions and he had come to the conclusion he could not disprove [...]

Scam or Reality?

A man walked into my office and sat down at my desk to share his love story.  He had met a wonderful woman online from another country.  They had been communicating for over a year and he was contemplating traveling over 4,000 miles to meet her in person.  He wasn’t a rich man, he didn’t own a house, apartment living was good enough for him and his cat, he didn’t drive a fancy car or wear expensive clothes, but yet, to her he offered more than she could ever obtain on her own.  She wrote beautiful emails, quirky texts, and they had an account set up that allowed them to talk on the phone for pennies a minute and they talked every day at 6 [...]

Background Checks: Are those Online Services as Reliable?

There are many websites that claim they can find anyone, obtain dates of births, social security numbers, address, relatives, employment, associates, civil and criminal histories. Many of those sites advertise as being free, just insert a bit of information and the results will be immediate. We have tested many sites with results that are far from accurate and the results are not free. When we obtained a report on an individual on one site their data inputting process repeatedly stated the information contained is graphic and embarrassing and contains sensitive information and the person being search could be on the FBI watch list. Then they ask that you click a tab that states the information obtained should not be used in an illegal manner. This [...]
